Ways to log in

Email and password

The standard sign-in method:

1. Open the system address in your browser
2. Enter your email and password
3. Click Log In

If you forgot your password, contact your administrator.

SSO (single sign-on)

If your organization has corporate SSO configured (Authentik, Keycloak), a Log In with SSO button appears on the login page.

When you sign in via SSO:

• An account is created automatically on first login
• Roles are assigned based on SSO groups (configured by an administrator under Auth Mappings)
• No Orbita password is needed — it's managed in SSO

Google / GitHub

If the administrator has enabled social login, Log In with Google and Log In with GitHub buttons appear on the page.

Sign up (SaaS)

In the cloud version of Orbita, you can register your own workspace:

1. Click Sign Up
2. Enter your name, email, and password
3. Enter your company name and choose a slug (part of your portal's URL)
4. After signing up, the initial setup wizard opens

Invitation from a colleague

If you received an invitation email to Orbita:

1. Follow the link in the email
2. Choose a password
3. Click Accept Invitation

Roles will already be assigned by the administrator who invited you.
