Top bar

  • Search — global search across all entities (≥ 2 characters). Results are grouped by type. Ctrl + Shift + F (⌘ + Shift + F on macOS) puts the cursor into the field.
  • Quick navigation — a window listing menu items: Ctrl + K (⌘ + K on macOS) or the button in the bar. Typing filters the items, select, Enter opens, Esc closes.
  • Bell 🔔 — incoming notifications. A red badge shows the number of unread items.
  • Avatar / name — go to your profile, switch theme, log out.

Left menu

The menu consists of two parts.

Dynamic items

Every entity you create (for example "Tickets," "Customers," "Employees") can get its own menu item — the administrator configures the list and icon in the Menu section (admin/menu). This is the menu that regular users see.

"Application Management" section (administrators only)

Home page (dashboard)

The home page shows the tabs configured for your role. Each tab is an entity list, a dashboard, or a calendar.

To configure your tabs: Profile → Dashboard.

Record lists

Opening any section shows a table list. Capabilities:

  • Search box at the top — quick filtering across all columns
  • Click a row — open the record
  • "Create" button — new record (if you have permission)
  • Filter icon in the column header — advanced filtering
  • Sorting by clicking a column header
  • Export to CSV via the table menu

Record card

Opening a record shows:

  • A form with all fields — edit right here
  • "History" tab — all changes to the record (who, what, when), see Audit Log
  • "Tasks" tab — active process tasks for this record
  • Related records — if relations between entities are configured
  • Attached files

Quick actions in the table

Many fields can be edited directly in the table, without opening the record card — this is called inline editing. Just click the cell.
