Home page (dashboard)
The home page shows the tabs configured for your role. Each tab is an entity list, a dashboard, or a calendar.
To configure your tabs: Profile → Dashboard.
Record lists
Opening any section shows a table list. Capabilities:
- Search box at the top — quick filtering across all columns
- Click a row — open the record
- "Create" button — new record (if you have permission)
- Filter icon in the column header — advanced filtering
- Sorting by clicking a column header
- Export to CSV via the table menu
Record card
Opening a record shows:
- A form with all fields — edit right here
- "History" tab — all changes to the record (who, what, when), see Audit Log
- "Tasks" tab — active process tasks for this record
- Related records — if relations between entities are configured
- Attached files
Quick actions in the table
Many fields can be edited directly in the table, without opening the record card — this is called inline editing. Just click the cell.
