Orbita Documentation

Orbita is a no-code platform for IT service management and business processes. Instead of a fixed set of forms, it gives you a builder: you define your own entities (tickets, customers, employees, projects — anything), configure their lifecycle, automations, notifications, and analytics.

Quick start: ready-made presets

On first launch, the setup wizard offers one or more ready-made presets — they automatically create entities, roles, dashboards, and processes:

PresetWhat's included
IT SupportTickets, categories, assignees
ITSM (Full)Incidents, Problems, Changes, Tasks, CIs, Services, Agreements, Approvals, Knowledge base
CRMCustomers, contacts, deals
HREmployees, leave, HR events
Project managementProjects, tasks, assignees

Each preset is a built-in package: a pre-configured set of the same primitives (entities, state models, automations, dashboards) that can be installed and upgraded. To see how they're built under the hood, check out Use Cases.
